"난 그걸 찾아내야 해요. 내가 누군지에 대한 유일한 연결 고리니까요. 내 아버지가 누구였는지도요."

'Pirates of the Caribbean'을 떠올리면 역시나 'Jack Sparrow'가 가장 먼저 떠오르게 되고 뒤이어 ost 음악을 흥얼거리게 된다. 'Jack Sparrow'의 현란한 입담과 엉뚱한 행동들이 영화의 재미를 더 해주니 이 캐릭터의 배우로 'Johnny Depp'을 선택한 건 아마도 신의 한 수가 아니었을까 생각한다. 아무튼 여러모로 재미있고 유쾌했던 그리고 감동까지 곁들어져 있는 멋들어진 영화를 보게 돼서 참 좋은 것 같다.
